We encourage you to book online e-tickets to all events. A confirmation email with your tickets will be sent after your booking.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price. Refunds can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. 

St. Mark’s Festival reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

Booking your tickets

All published times, including times on tickets, are start times. A doors time may also be advertised.


All running time information on event pages is subject to change. 

 

Entry & Latecomers

We cannot guarantee late entry to any events. Where late entry is possible latecomers will be asked to wait for a suitable point in the performance to enter.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse admission to an event and request any ticket holder to leave the premises

  • Alter programme details if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

In the event of no admittance no refund or exchanges are offered.

Start times, running times & intervals

Ticket holders consent to filming, photography and sound recording of themselves as part of the audience.


If you would prefer not to be included in any image recording, please speak to a member of St. Mark’s Festival staff. They will be wearing a badge at the event and will provide information on how to make sure you are not included.

Photo and video consent

St. Mark’s Festival uses its own venues, this is the church and church halls.


Tickets for events sold or booked directly by the Festival are subject to the terms and conditions on this page.


Every effort is made to make these clear at the time of booking and ahead of the event, however the conditions of sale may need to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

Neither St. Mark’s Festival, St. Mark’s Church or venues will be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

Liability

Your statutory rights are not affected.
St. Mark’s Festival complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 through our Privacy Policy

Tickets are sold through EventBright, which as a separate entity has its own Privacy and GDPR commitments which can be found on their website.
